Do I have to pay a fee to participate in the Rewards program?
There is no charge to participate in the Rewards program!

Will my points expire?
Your points have no expiration date. 

Is there a maximum amount of points that I can earn in a year?
No. There is no limit to the number of points that you can earn!

How can I check my point transactions?
Just go to you Account Dashboard or just click here go to "My Points and Rewards" to review your detailed transactions.

Can I transfer my points to another Rewards account?
You may not transfer points to another account.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Don't worry, you don't have to pay shipping costs. We will cover the expenses for your rewards.

I have just redeemed points for a reward. When can I expect to receive my reward?
In most cases, your Merchandise reward will normally also be delivered within 2-3 weeks of redemption. Because most merchandise rewards ship directly from the manufacturer, some rewards can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
